Hi, I’m Taylor Barry…
I have spent the last decade following all types of food dreams, beginning in Washington, D.C. to study at the same culinary school my father had some 30 years earlier.
From a tenure in fine dining at Jean Georges to a specialty ice cream shop, bread baker to food styling for cookbooks, and finally launching my own wholesale brand of cookies. I accomplished all of my goals in the culinary space and in 2017 made my transition into flower farming with our sister company, Rising Tide Botanicals.
The more flowers I grew the more I felt like something was missing. These blooms were made for more than a bouquet. So after a 7 year break, I’m returning to pastry and celebrating my two passions back in the kitchen.
We will be growing both edible flowers and ingredients to be featured in our seasonal cakes. A true farm to table kitchen, this is what dreams are made of. I’m so excited to share it with you.
