CUSTOM CAKES

We are currently taking a small number of custom cakes for 2024. We are focusing on providing cakes to our wedding clients at Rising Tide Botanicals. IF you are interested in a wedding cake please reach out 3 - 6 months in advance! Priority will be given to wedding cakes orders this year.

DELIVERY

We offer delivery for all of our orders. Deliveries will be made on Thursday mornings between 9 am - noon EST. Please make sure there will be someone available to receive the cake upon delivery. Deliveries for April are only to Monmouth County, NJ.

ALLERGEN FRIENDLY OPTIONS

Currently all of our products are made with gluten , eggs & butter. We will be offering pavlovas later in the year as a gluten free alternative. Until we find recipes that meet our standards we will not be able to offer other options.

STORAGE and CONSUMPTION

Cakes and all items made with buttercream are best stored in their box in refrigeration until 1-2 hours prior to consuming. If fridge space is limited, you can keep your cake in a cool air conditioned room. Please allow your cake(s) to sit out at room temperature for 30 min - 1 hour before consuming.
